Returns & Exchanges
At GhalMédica, we carefully curate the skincare and cosmetic products offered through our clinic and online store. If you need to return or exchange an item, the conditions below apply.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Products must remain sealed, including unopened cellophane or safety seals where applicable.
- Discounted, promotional, or final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities
If you believe you have experienced an allergic reaction or significant sensitivity to a skincare or makeup product purchased from GhalMédica, please contact us within 7 days of use.
We may request supporting documentation, such as photos, a description of the reaction, product batch information, or a note from a healthcare professional. Where appropriate, an exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
To be considered, the product must be at least 75% full.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@ghalmedica.ca with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Wait for written authorization before sending any product back.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided by email.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return process above.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages
Shipping costs related to unclaimed, refused, or returned-to-sender packages are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply if you request that the order be resent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the matter and provide next steps.
